Speaker: Bob DelTorto
Bob DelTorto will show how to identify some of the most common exotic invasive plants in the Hudson Valley, New York region. He will discuss methods to eradicate and keep invasives under control.
Bob DelTorto is a Master Gardener Volunteer at the CCE demonstration garden at Hart’s Brook Park and Preserve in Hartsdale, NY. Bob is President of the Bronx River Parkway Reservation Conservancy steering committee and organizes invasive vine cutting expeditions to recover historic and critically endangered public lands. He is also on the steering committee of the Westchester Native Plant Center.
