Speaker: Carolyn Ramsey
Carolyn Ramsey will discuss her experiences teaching in school gardens. She helps children and adults make connections to the earth and pollinators. Carolyn aims to increase our understanding of how our food supply is created, how fresh food can be delicious and how the community can support school gardens.
Carolyn Ramsey is a Master Gardener Volunteer with CCE. She has an appreciation for the unique beauty and function of different environments. Carolyn has been a catalyst of growth and expansion in community and school gardens. Her special interests include teaching children, designing for habitat, growing unusual heirloom vegetables and edible landscaping. Carolyn believes anyone can develop a green thumb and loves helping new gardeners.
$5.00 for this session or $40 for the entire 2022 Home Gardening Lecture Series
