Tick populations are increasing New York and across the nation. Learn effective ways to enjoy outdoor activities while avoiding tick bites and diseases they transmit. These two-hour presentations will repeat the same content and provide an overview of tick biology, identification tips of the common species found in lower New York, personal protection, and landscape management with demonstrations of practical steps you can take to reduce your risk.
