2.0 LA HSW CREDIT HOURS
Donna Lassiter will discuss how to create a habitat for birds, bees and a diversity of wildlife by growing beautiful, hardy native plants. She will showcase species that thrive in a variety of conditions and their benefits for the environment as well as cultural tips for growing them with success.
Donna Lassiter is a Master Gardener Volunteer with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Westchester County. She is committed to promoting a healthy environment and grows over 90 species of native plants in her home gardens. Donna serves on the board of Saw Mill River Audubon where she manages the design and maintenance of the butterfly-hummingbird garden at Pruyn Sanctuary in Chappaqua.

The entrance is on the left before Eagle Bay Condominiums.
$18 per lecture ($20 at door) or $90 for the entire 2018 Home Gardening Lecture Series
