4-H PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

  • Learn the basic mechanics of photography, such as proper exposure and depth of field
  • How to compose a great photo
  • What is good lighting?
  • Getting your photos ready to exhibit in the 4-H Showcase

DATE:  April 1*, May 20, June 10

TIME: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

COST: $5/4-H members OR $12 non-4-H members (open to youth ages 8-19 years old)

LOCATION:Ruth Keeler Library, (handicapped accessible), 276 Titicus Rd.,
North Salem, NY 10560.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:Contact Nancy Caswell at nmc23@cornell.edu or 914-285-4632.

*After your first meeting, you will be given assignments

Participants are strongly encouraged to use a DSLR camera, as this allows for more precision in photographing. (If a child does not have a DSLR, a camera phone will be allowed).

Fee
